Title: Office Manager
Summary: Responsible for the overall coordination of the South Baldwin Chamber office. This includes providing excellent customer service when assisting visitors and answering telephones. Duties also include processing mail, maintaining current and accurate community information, purchasing office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, copying documents and supporting various administrative functions. Also responsible for coordinating and training office volunteers and will perform other duties as requested or assigned to assure the success of the South Baldwin Chamber.
Education: College Degree preferred
Skills: Requires strong clerical, written, organizational and communication skills. Computer proficiency required. Will need strong experience with Microsoft Office programs.
Physical Demands: Requires prolonged sitting, and frequent bending, stooping or stretching. May require medium level lifting and carrying (up to 40 lbs.) Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires the use of office equipment including computers, multiline telephones, fax machine, copier, scanner and printers.
Working Conditions: Usually works in well-lit office area. Periodic work outside the office to attend events, both indoors and outdoors.
