Executive Assistant to the President/CEO
Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism is seeking an Executive Assistant to work directly with our President/CEO. A minimum of three (3) years of Administrative Assistant experience is required, and Executive Assistant level experience is preferred.
Qualified candidates will be detail-oriented, skilled at multi-tasking and managing multiple projects at once, able to work independently, and proficient in the most current versions of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Responsibilities will include maintaining the schedule of the President/CEO, assisting with communications and correspondence, scheduling and preparing for meetings, recording and maintaining various meeting minutes, preparing and assisting with presentations, and acting as a secretary to the Board of Directors.
The Executive Assistant will also be called upon to assist the President and Vice-Presidents with special projects as needed and is expected to always maintain confidentiality.
