    Job Description

    Majority of Duties and Responsibilities:

    The Restaurant Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service at all levels of the restaurant while balancing fiscal responsibility and revenue growth. The Restaurant Manager will be a strong proven leader, driven to succeed, good customer service skills and have exceptional communication skills.

    Monitors and makes appropriate adjustments to staffing levels

    Prepares employee work schedules

    Monitors and maintains inventory levels to ensure product availability and portion control

    Monitors performance of vendors

    Completes employment-related records and payroll records

    Immediately resolves guest requests and complaints in a respectful manner

    Recruits, interviews, negotiates pay, and hires team members to achieve proper staffing goals and levels

    Prepares all necessary operational reports. Develops appropriate action plans to resolve unfavorable financial and/or sales trends

    Available 24/7

    Required Skills:

    A minimum of 1 year Manager experience in the restaurant industry.

    Proven track record of building sales, increasing profits, staff development, and operational improvements.

    Strong service and hospitality focused leadership style.

    Demonstrates an ownership mentality, business maturity, and strong industry awareness.
