Licensed Practical Nurse @ The Haven Memory Care

Position Summary:  Requires knowledge of nursing practices, procedures and skill as well as an understanding of the functions and responsibilities of assisted living. Must be able to demonstrate effective nursing skills in the areas of assessment and implementation of care plans, including medication profiles. Must show a high degree of initiative, judgment and cooperation with the facility team in analyzing the resident’s condition, situation, and needs. Must be able to communicate effectively in speaking and writing with a diverse population and establish and maintain effective working relationships .
