Maintenance - Apartment - Spanish Fork, AL
Long’s HRS is looking for Facility Maintenance candidates with general maintenance knowledge for positions in Baldwin County. Rate of pay will range between $14-$17/hr.
Job Requirements Below: (but not limited to)
· General Maintenance experience such as:- Ability to use common tools
- Ability to fix doors, windows, change light bulbs, and other minor fixes
- Ability to follow instructions as given
· Good verbal communication
· Report safety hazards
· Pool Cleaning and Maintenance experience a plus
· Ability to stand for 8-10 hours at a time
· Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted
· Ability to climb, stoop, push and pull
· Abide by COVID requirements
