This is a "jack of all trades" kind of position, requiring variety of skills and flexibility - willing to do whatever it takes to be part of a small vacation rental property. Must be a hard worker, self motivated, able to multi-task, with "can do, take charge" attitude. Must be proficient with Word, Excel and web-based software programs, and customer service - polite and professional with healthy boundaries. Must be able to enforce guest rules and regulations and company policies, coordinate condo cleaning quality and schedule with housekeeping, monitor and prioritize maintenance issues with maintenance personnel and subcontractors. Assist owner as needed and be responsible for the property and its operation during her absence. Must have transportation. Non-smoking property, but has designated smoking area.
