• LEGENDS IN CONCERT PRESENTS TWO KINGS AND A QUEEN FOR THE FIRST TIME AT OWA!


    Tributes to Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson and Tina Turner
    will wow audiences in Coastal Alabama beginning February  7
     
     
    FOLEY, AL (January 17, 2020) – For the first time in history, three Legends come together for an incredible engagement to open the 2020 Legends in Concert Season at the OWA Theater.  The longest-running and most-awarded show in Las Vegas, Legends in Concert, brings the King of Rock and Roll, the King of Pop and the Queen of Rock and Roll, together on one stage, opening February 7. This show will feature not only the world’s greatest tribute artists, but also high energy dancers, back-up vocalists, a live band,  magnificent costumes, elaborate theatrical sets, a full array of incredible special effects, and much more.
     
    Fans will be experience Lori Mitchell-Gay’s “Simply the Best” tribute to the Queen of Rock and Roll, Tina Turner, while being mesmerized by the stunning dance moves and vocals of “Man in the Mirror” J. Lucas, as he pays homage to the one and only Michael Jackson. Elvis Presley also returns with hunk of “Burnin’ Love” Victor Trevino, back by popular demand, in  his beloved portrayal of The King, Elvis Presley.
     
    “We are thrilled to open our first full season at OWA with a special version of our show designed based on input from our loyal fans,” said Brian Brigner, Chief Operating Officer of Legends in Concert.  “Since opening last summer our number one requested character has been Michael Jackson, guests have also expressed passionately they wanted Victor to return as Elvis after he starred in the theater opening last year, and Tina Turner has been the top female request! The goal remains to deliver ever-evolving, dynamic performances that our adoring Coastal Alabama fans desire.” 
     
    Legends in Concert continues to celebrate the world’s most famous and influential icons. Many of these icons are gone too soon which is why these performances give audiences an extraordinary chance to experience the most captivating music, fashion and memories of these true legends live on one stage.     Legends in Concert will debut this special show February 7 – March 31, at the state-of-the-art OWA Theater, Wednesday through Saturday at 7:30pm, and with weekly matinee performances Sunday at 3pm.
     
    Since its debut in 1983, Legends in Concert has earned countless entertainment industry awards including “Show of the Year," "Entertainers of the Year," "Grand Slam," and the prestigious "Show of Shows" awarded by the International Press Association and was most recently awarded the 2018 “Casino Production Show of the Year,” at the sixth annual Casino Entertainment Awards, presented by The Global Gaming Expo (G2E).
