Baldwin County College + Career Expo: Connecting Today’s Business with Tomorrow’s Workforce

The Baldwin County College + Career Expo is set to return on April 2, 2025, at the Baldwin County Coliseum in Robertsdale, Alabama. This premier event, hosted in partnership with Baldwin County Career Tech and the Baldwin County Chamber of Commerce Coalition, aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by connecting students, businesses, and community members.

Designed to inspire and inform, the Expo invites 10th, 11th, and 12th graders from schools across Baldwin County to explore career opportunities, internships, summer jobs, and apprenticeships. In addition to student attendees, the event is open to the public, making it a valuable resource for job seekers and professionals interested in advancing their careers.

Highlights of the event include:

• Resume Scholarship Contest: 12th-grade students can participate in a county-wide contest, competing for scholarships by submitting their resumes.

• Business Opportunities: Companies can showcase their organizations and recruit new talent by setting up booths that distribute information on wages, benefits, and job openings.

• Networking Opportunities: Businesses will have the chance to meet the future workforce, while students can explore potential career paths and build meaningful connections.

Become a Vendor: Local and regional businesses are encouraged to participate as vendors. Early bird pricing for vendor booths is $150 (available until March 14, 2025), with regular pricing set at $200. Booth registration includes two lunches, with additional lunches available for $12 each. Vendors requiring an electrical outlet can reserve one for $30. The deadline to register as a vendor is March 21, 2025.

Event Information for Schools and Students: Students will attend in intervals throughout the day, with 12th graders and the general public encouraged to bring their resumes for straight-to-work opportunities. Schools are encouraged to support their students in attending this transformative event.
