  • Annual Magnolia Run Set for November 2

    Magnolia Springs, AL – It’s time to lace up those running shoes and enjoy some of Baldwin County’s most majestic scenery during the 2024 Magnolia Run presented by Baldwin County Sewer Service and hosted by the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce. From the large oaks that canopy the course to the historic homes that line the streets, this certified 5K course takes you through the heart of Magnolia Springs. Proudly sponsored by Point Broadband, Jim ‘N Nick’s Community Bar-B-Que and Island Air Conditioning & Heating, the 5K Run, 5K Walk, and 1 Mile Fun Run will take place on Saturday, November 2, beginning at 8:00 AM.

    The Magnolia Run begins and ends in front of Jesse’s Restaurant, located at 14770 Oak Street. Packet pick up will be on Saturday, October 26 at the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

    A portion of each runner registration will be donated directly to the Dream Center of Baldwin County, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving disadvantaged youth in Baldwin County.

    This run is a USATF Certified (AL19018JE) 5K course and chip timing will be provided by the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation.

    Participants can enjoy post-race music entertainment and signature red beans and rice courtesy of Jesse’s Restaurant. Fresh fruit, snacks, water, and beer will also be available for all participants. Awards will be presented three deep for respective male and female age groups.
