Changes Within the Baldwin County Voting Precincts

A list of polling locations with addresses and a map showing Baldwin County voting precincts can be viewed at District Maps / Voting Precincts (baldwincountyal.gov).

New voting cards were mailed out in early March to all affected registered voters. Citizens may confirm their registration status and polling location at Alabama Votes | Alabama Secretary of State.

Consolidation of Existing Voting Precincts

In the Stockton area, Baldwin County Voting Precincts 3 and 12 have been consolidated as Voting Precinct No. 12 with a designated voting place being the Stockton Civic Building. Citizens that previously voted in Voting Precinct No. 3 at the old Vaughn School in Stockton, will now vote in Voting Precinct No. 12 at the Stockton Civic Center.

In the Loxley area, Baldwin County Voting Precincts 8 and 9 have been consolidated as Voting Precinct No. 9 with a designated Voting Place being the Loxley Civic Center. Citizens that previously voted in Voting Precinct No. 8 at the Ellisville Community Center in Loxley, will now vote in Voting Precinct No. 9 at the Loxley Civic Center.

Division of Existing Voting Precincts to Create an Additional, New Voting Precinct and Designation of Voting Location for the Newly Created Voting Precinct / Relocation of Voting Place

In the Daphne Lake Forest area, Baldwin County Voting Precinct No. 20 has been divided into two precincts with Ridgewood Drive being the dividing line north and south.

The area south of Ridgewood Drive is designated as Voting Precinct 20 (Daphne, Lake Forest South) while the area north of Ridgewood Drive is designated as new Voting Precinct No. 8 (Daphne, Lake Forest North).

In the Fairhope downtown area, Baldwin County Voting Precinct No. 42 has been divided into two precincts with Fairhope Avenue being the dividing line north and south.

The area north of Fairhope Avenue is designated as Voting Precinct 42 (Fairhope, Downtown) while the area south of Fairhope Avenue is designated as new Voting Precinct No. 52 (Fairhope, Downtown South).

In the Foley downtown area, Baldwin County Voting Precinct No. 47 has been divided into two precincts with Highway 98 being the dividing line north and south.

The area north of Highway 98 is designated as Voting Precinct 47 (Foley, Downtown) while the area south of Highway 98 is designated as new Voting Precinct No. 3 (Foley, Downtown South).
