The most significant change to this update is that the rainfall potential has increased. River flood predictions are historic. Please help share the information so that people may take appropriate action. Baldwin County has declared a local state of emergency and Gov. Ivey requested a pre-disaster emergency declaration for the state of Alabama. President Trump approved the request.
VOLUNTARY EVACUATIONS for Zones 1 & 2 are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. We are expecting historical rainfall amounts and life-threatening flooding in our riverine and coastal areas.
