  • South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce Welcomes Frank Shepard as Membership Director

    Foley, AL (November 2024) – The South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce Frank Shepard as its new Membership Director. Frank joins the Chamber with over 15 years of experience in business development, community engagement, and relationship-building, bringing with him a commitment to strengthen connections between the Chamber and its diverse membership.

    A seasoned professional, Frank holds a BS in Marketing from Auburn University at Montgomery and is a graduate of the Intensive Economic Development Training Course from Auburn University’s Government and Economic Development Institute. His extensive background includes serving as a Membership Account Executive for the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce, where he was responsible for membership development, retention, sponsorship sales, and oversight of the Young Professionals and Ambassadors programs. In addition, Frank has contributed to the South Baldwin Chamber as a Diplomat, embodying a strong dedication to advancing local business and community interests.

    “Our Chamber members rely on strong advocacy and continuous engagement, and a Membership Director is at the heart of making that happen,” said Travis Valentine, COO of the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce. “Frank’s extensive experience and deep-rooted commitment to our community make him the perfect fit for this role. We are excited to see the innovative ways he will connect, support, and grow our Chamber membership.”

    As Membership Director, Frank will focus on developing new membership initiatives, enhancing member engagement, and connecting businesses across the region with the resources they need to thrive. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Frank has served in various leadership positions with the Daphne/Spanish Fort Kiwanis Club and is an active member of Fairhope First Baptist Church. His track record in community service and his background in commercial real estate advisory further equip him to support South Baldwin’s business community.

    “My experience has been focused on my passion for our community and my desire to improve the lives of those within it. I am blessed to join such an incredible team," said Frank. "I look forward to working to continue to build our great chamber and positively impact the South Baldwin community.”
