The South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce announced Derrick Cook as Chief Financial Officer

The South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce that Derrick Cook, the current Vice President of Finance, has accepted the promotion to the position of Chief Financial Officer. 

Derrick hails from the small town of New Brockton in Alabama and moved to Foley after obtaining his Master's in Business Administration from Troy University in 2011. He began his career in Foley working with a local public accounting firm and obtained his CPA license in 2015. With eight years of experience in public accounting, he built a strong relationship working with the Chamber of Commerce through various member events and assisting with financial services. Joining the Chamber team in January 2021, Derrick not only carries the financial responsibilities of the Chamber and Foundation, he is also active in the Lower Alabama Young Professionals group and volunteers at his church.
