    Donna has been the President of the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce since September 1997.  In addition, she is the President of the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation. She serves on numerous Boards including G.U.M.B.O., Business Council of Alabama, past board member of the Chamber of Commerce Association of Alabama and is currently a part of the Coastal Resiliency Coalition leadership team.

    Jeanette joined the Chamber team in February 2013. Managing information and database functions, Jeanette is in close contact with businesses, communicating their benefits regarding membership. She provides information on various programs offered through the chamber and does new member orientation sessions. Jeanette also assists the CEO/President of the chamber and attends all chamber functions and events. Residing in Foley with her husband Ricky and dog Zena, Jeanette enjoys reading, visiting the beach and spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren.

    Travis joined the Chamber team in February 2015. Responsible for strategically partnering members with chamber events and opportunities, Travis is working to help members build their businesses. Travis is responsible for recruiting new members to our Chamber, overseeing the Diplomat program, Local Discoveries Business Tours, Chamber Rec Nights and AM Connections. Travis, his wife Merritt and daughter Tatum reside in Gulf Shores.

    Rachel joined the chamber team in August of 2014 as the Event Assistant for the Foundation and Chamber. She was promoted to Events Director in October 2016. Rachel oversees the planning of the Annual Gala, Chamber Golf Classic, Magnolia Run, Chicago Street Supper Club and the Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival. Rachel, her husband Daniel, and daughter Lena reside in Foley.

    Kylee joined the Chamber team in November 2016 as the Event and Foundation Assistant. She has recently been named the Event Operations Manager for the South Baldwin Chamber. Kylee assists with the execution of all major events for the organization; including the BBQ & Blues Cook-Off, Night Glow Golf Tournament, Free Enterprise Person of the Year, Leadership Luncheons and many more.

    Managing the Chamber Foundation's education enrichment programs and development efforts, the Executive Director coordinates the Junior Ambassadors and Young Entrepreneurs Academy student groups at Foley and Elberta High Schools. Ten schools in the Foley & Elberta feeder pattern currently benefit from the SBCF Student & Teacher Grants program and connecting with corporate partners and funding opportunities through the Foundation.

    Lori joined the Chamber team in October 2018 as the Director of Communications. She will be focusing on our communications area which includes the Find It Local Guide, the chamber website, social media content, news releases, newsletters and emails on announcements, successes, and business spotlights.

    Ed Bushaw joined our staff in June 2018 and will lead a talent development program via collaboration with regional, community and educational partners to provide an educated and trained workforce fully prepared to fulfill the needs of local businesses and industry, as well as establish a recruitment program to bring qualified employees from across all industry segments to South Baldwin County.

    Sally joined the Chamber team in November 2018 as the Director of Community Betterment and Pro-Business Advocacy. As a part of her position, she is tasked with increasing advocacy efforts on behalf of the local business community, increasing the ability of entrepreneurs and leaders to 'do business' in Baldwin County. This means leading projects and efforts such as, standing-up an entrepreneurial incubator program, working with organizations like the Alabama Department of Transportation and the County Commission regarding transportation and infrastructure needs, establishing programs to increase investment in housing development and community enjoyment projects, as well as continuing to support the Chamber's many leadership development programs.
