Donna Watts | President & CEO
Donna has been the President of the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce since September 1997. In addition, she is the President of the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation. She serves on numerous Boards including G.U.M.B.O., Business Council of Alabama, past board member of the Chamber of Commerce Association of Alabama and is currently a part of the Coastal Resiliency Coalition leadership team.
Travis Valentine | Vice President of Investor Relations and Business Growth & Retention
Travis joined the Chamber team in February 2015. Responsible for strategically partnering members with chamber events and opportunities, Travis is working to help members build their businesses. Travis is responsible for recruiting new members to our Chamber, overseeing the Diplomat program, Local Discoveries Business Tours, Chamber Rec Nights and AM Connections. Travis, his wife Merritt and daughter Tatum reside in Gulf Shores.
Jeanette Harris | Office Manager
Jeanette joined the Chamber team in February 2013. Managing information and the front office, Jeanette is in close contact with customers seeking information and services. She maintains the work functions of the front office, Community Calendar, coordination of the Blue Ribbon Team, (volunteers who help with various chamber projects) as well as our membership database. Residing in Foley with her husband Ricky and dog Zena, Jeanette enjoys reading, visiting the beach and spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren.
Rachel Spear | Events Director
Rachel joined the chamber team in August of 2014 as the Event Assistant for the Foundation and Chamber. She was promoted to Events Director in October 2016. Rachel oversees the planning of the Annual Gala, Magnolia Run, and the Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival. Rachel, her husband Daniel, and daughter Lena reside in Foley.
Ed Bushaw | Director of Talent Development and Recruitment
Ed Bushaw joined our staff in June 2018 and will lead a talent development program via collaboration with regional, community and educational partners to provide an educated and trained workforce fully prepared to fulfill the needs of local businesses and industry, as well as establish a recruitment program to bring qualified employees from across all industry segments to South Baldwin County.
Managing the Chamber Foundation's education enrichment programs and development efforts, the Executive Director coordinates the Junior Ambassadors and Young Entrepreneurs Academy student groups at Foley and Elberta High Schools. Ten schools in the Foley & Elberta feeder pattern currently benefit from the SBCF Student & Teacher Grants program and connecting with corporate partners and funding opportunities through the Foundation.
Kylee Raulerson | Event Operations Manager
Kylee joined the Chamber team in November 2016 as the Event and Foundation Assistant. She has recently been named the Event Operations Manager for the South Baldwin Chamber. Kylee assists with the execution of all major events for the organization; including the BBQ & Blues Cook-Off, Night Glow Golf Tournament, Free Enterprise Person of the Year, Leadership Luncheons and many more.
